Meet the Founder
Marc Lair, as CEO of The Equitable Group Inc. and Equitable Financial Group, provides a wealth of knowledge in both commercial real estate investment and development. His experience includes Medical office, Big Box industrial including Manufacturing Distribution and warehousing, Raw Land through Final Construction; with an extensive background in real estate and consumer finance.
As an accomplished airplane and helicopter pilot, Mr. Lair has also made extensive investments in both domestic and international aviation opportunities.
